Boonanarring Mine Development
We completed the engineering and execution planning for Image Resources’ maiden Boonanarring Mine Development and managed delivery through scoping, tendering, contractor coordination and site execution.
This included the concurrent refurbishment, relocation and integration of the main concentrator from South Australia, a significant logistics and coordination undertaking, followed by ongoing support for optimisation, upgrades, maintenance and sustaining capital works.
